Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use www.invitenama.com, create an InviteNama account, order an invitation, or open or respond to an InviteNama invitation. By doing any of these you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

These terms are an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and do not need a physical or digital signature. Our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Cookie Policy form part of them.

InviteNama offers digital invitation themes for weddings and other occasions. You can browse themes and preview them live; when you order, our team sets up the invitation with your details, shares a private review link with you and, once you approve it, gives you a public link (and QR code) to share with guests. Guests can RSVP and leave wishes, which you can see in your dashboard.

From time to time we may also let account holders create or edit invitations themselves. Features, themes and occasions available on the website may change.

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or place an order.
• Give accurate details and keep them up to date.
• Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account; tell us straight away at support@invitenama.app if you think someone else has used it.
• You can ask us to close your account at any time.

• Prices. Where a theme shows a price, that is the price at the time you order, including any limited-time offer shown. Where no price is shown, we confirm it with you on WhatsApp before any work starts. Offers can end or change at any time, but not for an order we have already confirmed.
• Coupons. Coupons are applied in the order popup and are subject to their stated conditions (such as validity dates, usage limits, a minimum order value or eligible themes and occasions). Only one coupon can be used per order unless we say otherwise, and coupons have no cash value.
• Placing an order. Tapping “Order on WhatsApp” opens a message with your order details. Your order is confirmed only when our team confirms it with you on WhatsApp.
• Payment. No payment is taken on this website. We share the amount and payment options with you on WhatsApp, and you pay us directly by the method agreed there.

We may decline an order — for example if a theme cannot support what is requested — and will refund anything you have paid for an order we decline.

• Send us your names, event details, photos and other content on WhatsApp. Delivery timelines depend on how quickly we receive complete details.
• We share a private review link before your invitation goes live. Please check every detail carefully — names, spellings, dates, times, venues and map locations.
• Once you approve the invitation, you are responsible for the details it shows. Changes after approval are handled as described in our Refund Policy.
• Each order is for one invitation for the occasion ordered, using the chosen theme.

You keep ownership of the photos, text and other content you give us. You allow InviteNama to store, adapt (for example resize or crop photos), host and display that content only to provide and support your invitation.

You confirm that you have the right to share the content and the personal details of everyone named or shown, and that it does not infringe anyone else’s rights.

You must not use InviteNama to create, upload or share content that:

• is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, harassing, hateful or threatening;
• infringes copyright, trademarks, privacy or other rights;
• impersonates someone or is misleading or fraudulent;
• contains malware, or tries to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the service; or
• is otherwise prohibited under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and its rules.

We may remove such content, unpublish an invitation or suspend an account that breaks these rules, and we may report unlawful content to the authorities.

Invitations are active for one year from the date they are created, after which the link stops working for guests. We may also unpublish an invitation if these terms are broken or if the law requires it.

The InviteNama name, logo, themes, designs, animations and website code belong to InviteNama or its licensors. Your order gives you a personal, non-transferable right to use the chosen theme for your invitation. You may not copy, resell or reuse our themes or designs elsewhere.

InviteNama works with services such as WhatsApp, Google Sign-In, maps and embedded media players. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for how they operate.

We work to keep InviteNama available and accurate, but the website and invitations are provided “as is”, and we cannot promise they will always be uninterrupted or error-free — for example during maintenance or outages of our providers.

To the extent the law allows, InviteNama is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim about an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other laws that cannot be excluded.

You can stop using InviteNama and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. Sections that by their nature should continue (such as ownership, liability and governing law) continue to apply.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. If you have a complaint, please contact us first at support@invitenama.app — most issues can be solved quickly. Any dispute that we cannot resolve together will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.

We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date above shows the latest version. Changes do not affect orders already confirmed.
