Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our service, we generally do not offer refunds once a plan has been activated and an invitation has been created.
Exceptions: If you were charged but did not receive access to the service due to a technical error on our end, please contact us within 7 days at support@invitenama.app and we will review your case.
Razorpay's payment gateway terms also apply. Refunds, where applicable, will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
